The Bowmanthrows System
Three Ways to Work with John
I've organized what I teach into a system designed to help you develop as a thrower—whether you want to learn to coach yourself, get technical feedback, or have me personally guide your development.
Bowmanthrows Membership
Learn the system and coach yourself.
The Bowmanthrows Membership is built around the Bowmanthrows Self-Coaching System—a collection of resources designed to help you understand what drives performance, identify what needs to improve, organize your training, and keep moving toward farther throws.

You'll have access to four foundational training resources, the Throwing Drill & Movement Library, and a monthly live workshop with John where you can bring your questions about technique, training, or anything you're working on. Additional training resources are added as needed to help you apply the system to your own training and development.

Each week, I'll personally review one of your throws and provide clear, individualized feedback to help you identify what matters most so you can approach your next practice with confidence, knowing exactly what to work on.

What Athletes are Saying
"After training myself for over 20 years, this is amazing. In the few sessions I've had, I feel a massive difference."  - Jakob (Denmark)
"The two main things I was hoping to find were understanding and diagnosing issues in real time...and guidance on what technique pieces we needed to be working on in the short term while always having the long term goals and progression in mind. Our experience is that the reviews definitely provided us the tools and insight we needed for both items above. One other aspect that we noticed is the videos help keep Cora accountable to the training. She knew that if she wanted to implement the current suggestions and keep moving the needle she had to get out and put the work in. I think that was a good motivator throughout the off-season and in season as well."  - Ashley (Arkansas)
